How do I get product warranty after purchasing product?

  Please go to our website and then register to get warranty extended of battery within 30days after purchasing product.

  You can do as following  process, 

  1.  login to www.dobelay.com/www.keweinewenergy.com
  2. click drop down under Community buttom;
  3. and then click the buttom - Warranty Registration;
  4. after registering, please type ’Series Number'.

  👀 Series Number is on the side of the product, a 17-digit code consisting of a string of numbers + letters. Please sure that both digit code and letters are filling out all correct,  otherweise,  the system can't accept your data.
